The Future is Medieval - Kaiser Chiefs

After a hiatus of 3 years, one of my Favourite Group, Kaiser Chiefs, is back with a Brand New Album The Future Is Medieval released online on June 3rd 2011 and physical format on June 27 2011. The promotion of the album was original : each fan could create their own version of The Future of Medieval. They might choose 10 tracks from a selection of 20 and had the opportunity to customize their own artwork of the record on Kaiser Chief's website (http://www.kaiserchiefs.com/).

The first official single is Little Shocks, a little darker record compared to their previous (successful and) festive singles. The drums and the chorus are relatively great. However, I needed a few listens to adapt to this darker music.

Fortunately, the rest of the album is really ecclectic with festive and slow songs which made the success of Kaiser Chiefs.
